Joventut used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Malaga 71-66 on Wednesday night. Croatian center Ante Tomic (217-1987) notched 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and point guard Ricky Rubio (192-1990) supported him with 14 points and 4 assists. Even 8 points and 8 rebounds by Dominican-Spanish Tyson Perez (202-1996) did not help to save the game for Unicaja . Dominican swingman Chris Duarte (197-1997, college: Oregon) added 12 points for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game.
